"Talea" (cutting) comes from Latin and means a part of a plant which, once planted, gives rise to a new plant.
This technique consists of cutting off a small part of the plant โ a branch, a leaf, parts of roots or bulbs โ and planting it in the soil or placing it in water, in order to create a new plant that is completely independent of the "mother".
They make use of the extraordinary regenerative qualities of plants, which are able to continue the growth process entirely naturally.
1.
The branches of the mother plant provide theCuttings, clones able to give life to a new plant
2.
The cuttings are grown inrooting cellsof various sizes, and they undergoformative pruning
3.
The plants are then moved from the rooting cell to the pot, with successive pottings to ensure controlled growth.
