Characteristics
The very dense, aromatic foliage is a bright green that gives the plant a lively, luxuriant look, and its conical, compact shape makes it an ideal choice for hedges, screens and the division of outdoor spaces.

Growing and care
Rapid growth is its main advantage: it covers large areas quickly and creates an effective visual barrier in a few seasons. Give it sun or light shade and any well drained soil, and water generously in the first years. Clip twice a year, never cutting back into old bare wood, which does not regrow.

Tall evergreen hedges, windbreaks, boundary screens and quick shelter planting in new gardens.
