Canna 'Cannova Lemon' is a magnificent ornamental with bright yellow flowers, dark green leaves and strong upright stems that give the garden a stately, tropical presence.

Characteristics
Height up to about 120 cm; bright yellow trumpet shaped flowers; dark green foliage; flowering from summer into autumn.

Growing and care
A sunny or lightly shaded position and fertile, well drained soil. Plant in spring after the last frost, water generously and feed every couple of weeks during active growth, removing faded flowers to keep the display going. In cold areas lift the rhizomes or protect them with a thick mulch.

Uses
Ideal for striking borders and for creating focal points, bringing a special note of colour even to restrained gardens, and excellent in large pots.
